- Prevention of Child Labor: Within the framework of institutional respect for the protection of children from all kinds of abuse, their healthy development, and the right to education, not to have any employees under the age of 18, and to act in accordance with the procedures and principles of employing children and young workers,
- Prevention of Forced and Compulsory Labor: GREENWEST Ambalaj will eliminate all forms of forced and compulsory labor. Employment will not be compulsory nor indentured through contracts, and it will be on a voluntary basis,

- Education: The education level of employees determines the overall level of the company. With this logic, to raise employees’ awareness of occupational health and safety, to organize internal or external training to support their professional and personal development, and to ensure the continuous improvement of the company due to the development of employees through the organized trainings,
- Prevention of Discrimination: GREENWEST Ambalaj pays attention not to discriminate employees based on age, gender, race, religion, language, ancestry, ethnic and national origin, social class, sexual orientation, religious belief, marital, social or economic status, disability, political opinion, participation and membership in union activities, family responsibilities, illness, pregnancy or military service status or any other condition that may cause discrimination, and ensures that there is no discrimination in employment and profession.
- Employing Foreign Nationals: All personnel procedures of employees with foreign nationalities working at our company, from hiring to termination, are carried out in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. Under no circumstances can a worker be employed on a debt basis. The legal rights of foreign workers regarding employment matters are protected by the company.
- Human Trafficking: Our company may not employ illegal workers.
- Recruitment and Regular Employment: In order to ensure the continuity of social compliance requirements, compliance with company rules and the company’s social compliance conditions, as well as technical and professional knowledge will be considered as necessary and important criteria during recruitment and personnel selection, and that social security will be provided, GREENWEST Ambalaj respects the rights of employees to engage in or refrain from engaging in lawful activities related to establishing, joining or assisting a labor organization and does not discriminate against or penalize workers for exercising these rights.

- Communicating Wishes and Complaints: To create alternative methods through which each employee can convey their wishes and complaints, and to create a suitable working environment by providing timely and effective evaluation and feedback,

- Working Hours: Along with the principle of working productively, complying with the applicable laws and regulations in determining working hours and the principle of voluntary overtime,
- Rest Days and Holidays: Within the framework of their legal rights, our employees cannot be deprived of rest days and holidays. Although it varies from department to department, employees who work six days a week are given one day off, or employees who work five days a week are given two days off.
- Wages and Payments: Not to pay wages below the minimum wage, establishing the minimum wage to be paid to employees at a level to afford the minimum living standards at the location of the business, and to constantly improve the payment and applicable conditions,
- Compliance with Laws and Other Obligations: To follow the rules of international social responsibility organizations (ILO) along with the business partnership rules of our customers while adhering to the laws and regulations in force.
- Bribery and Corruption: Giving, receiving, or offering bribes / corruption and/or kickbacks not acceptable under any circumstances,
- Compliance with Customs Laws: To comply with all applicable local and international customs laws and take measures that are compatible with these legislations and prevent the illegal shipment of products,
- Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Issues: Our priorities include ensuring the safety of life, property and environment of all parties and our environment affected by our activities by minimizing the risks that they may be exposed to; meeting and improving legal requirements, raising awareness on this issue, and ensuring that our understanding of social responsibility is understood by the society, including our customers,
- Supply Chain Management: Evaluating suppliers from whom we purchase goods for social compliance, monitoring the reasonable and adequate measures they take resulting from the evaluation, and supporting a collaborative approach to continuously improve social compliance levels,
- Freedom of Association: To respect the right of all employees to become members of professional organizations and workers’ unions and to make collective agreements, to avoid precarious employment, to hire employees based on contracts documented in accordance with the law,
