Recruitment and Orientation
As Greenwest Ambalaj, we publish advertisements on career websites for positions with various characteristics and different qualifications in line with the needs. We also accept job and internship applications through our website. Among the applications made to our advertisements, the most suitable candidates for the requirements of our company are selected and invited to interviews.
Interview Process
Candidates who are invited to interview for open positions are subjected to tests such as general aptitude, personality inventories, professional competence, perception and skills tests appropriate to the position. Candidates who are successful in these stages step into their business life with orientation training. Employees who are decided to be recruited are included in the Orientation Programme specific to our company.
Recruitment and Placement
The objectives of the Orientation Training are to inform the newly recruited personnel about Greenwest Ambalaj’s policies, organisational structure, production and service processes, social rights and responsibilities, working conditions and occupational safety, to ensure that employees adapt quickly to work and the company, and to reduce the labour turnover rate. Within the scope of the orientation programme, employees receive general information about Greenwest Ambalaj and detailed information about the company and department they will work in. Following the programme, ‘on-the-job training’ is provided for different periods of time depending on the department and task. In addition, newly recruited employees are provided with the Personnel Handbook, which includes information such as the history of Greenwest Ambalaj, quality understanding and workplace rules.
